# Spot Buyer Objections With Weekly AI Agent Insights

Receive weekly Slack summaries of buyer questions and objections captured by your AI demo agent.

Tools: Supademo, Claude, Slack

Runs: Mondays

## What it is

A Claude workflow that reads a week of high-priority AI demo agent alerts in Slack, pulls each full conversation through the Supademo MCP connector, and writes a digest you can read in a minute. After you review the draft, Claude posts it to the channel, and a Claude Cowork routine runs the same digest every Monday at 9 a.m.

## Who it is for

Product marketers who want to know what buyers ask, sales teams who watch high-priority conversations come in, and whoever owns the AI demo agent on your website.

## Why it matters

High-priority conversations arrive one Slack alert at a time, which helps you jump on a hot lead but hides the patterns. The weekly digest pulls together what buyers asked, what held them back, and which competitors came up, so the team starts the week knowing what buyers want without reading every transcript.

## Build the digest in Claude

Start with an AI demo agent that posts its high-priority conversations to a Slack channel. One prompt has Claude read the week's alerts, pull each full session from Supademo, and draft a digest of top questions in the buyer's words, objections, competitors, most-watched demos, and one action for the week. You review the draft, then a short reply tells Claude to post it to the channel. To repeat it weekly, you create a routine in Claude Cowork that runs every Monday at 9 a.m.

## What the Video Covers

- 0:00 — The buyer questions that never reach sales
- 0:26 — AI demo agent conversations arrive one Slack alert at a time
- 0:52 — Paste the weekly digest prompt into Claude
- 1:07 — Review the draft and post it to Slack
- 1:17 — Run it every Monday with a Claude Cowork routine
- 1:43 — Set up your own AI demo agent and the MCP

## Before You Start

- An AI demo agent on your website that posts high-priority conversations to a Slack channel
- The Supademo and Slack connectors connected in Claude
- Claude Cowork, for the weekly routine

## Step 1: Draft the Digest

Paste this prompt, using the name of your alerts channel:

"Read the "High-priority conversation" alerts posted in [#your-alerts-channel] over the last 7 days. Ignore anything that isn't an agent conversation. For each conversation, pull the full session from our Supademo AI Demo Agent. Then write a weekly digest with:

- how many high-priority conversations we had, compared with the 7 days before
- the top 3 to 5 things buyers asked about, each with one example in the buyer's words
- the most common objections or hesitations
- any competitors mentioned
- the demos buyers watched most
- one thing we should act on this week

Leave out names, emails, and company names. Keep it short enough to read in a minute. Show me the draft before posting."

Claude reads the alerts, pulls each full conversation from your AI demo agent, and drafts the digest. Read it before anything goes to the channel.

## Step 2: Post It to Slack

When the draft looks right, send:

"Looks good. Post it to [#your-alerts-channel]."

## Step 3: Run It Every Monday

In Claude Cowork, create a routine with:

"Every Monday at 9am, run this digest for the previous 7 days and post it to [#your-alerts-channel]. If there were fewer than 5 high-priority conversations, post a one-line summary instead of the full digest."

## What the Team Gets

- How many high-priority conversations came in, compared with the week before
- The top things buyers asked about, each with an example in their own words
- The most common objections and any competitors mentioned
- The demos buyers watched most
- One thing to act on this week

## Wrapping Up

If you don't have an AI demo agent yet, set one up first and load it with the demos already in your workspace. If you do, run the prompt this week and see what your buyers have been asking.

**Tips**

- Ask for one example of each top question in the buyer's own words, so the digest shows what people actually typed
- Tell Claude to leave out names, emails, and company names before the digest goes to a shared channel

**Gotchas**

- Skipping the draft review. The prompt asks Claude to show you the draft before it posts anything
- A quiet week makes a thin digest, so the routine posts a one-line summary when there were fewer than five high-priority conversations

**Recommendations**

- Connect the Supademo and Slack connectors in Claude before you start
- Run the prompt once in a normal chat and check the result before you turn it into a routine
