New Automatic Text Annotations

For creators creating interactive demos or walkthroughs at scale, it can be tedious to manually tweak each text annotation for each step.

To help you create high-fidelity interactive demos faster, we've upgraded our automated annotation engine to apply more intelligent, natural step descriptions to your Supademo - instantly and automatically, without the need to update steps or enhance with AI.

Here's a quick overview:

Improved Sharing Options

Redesigned Share Modal

We simplified the UX of the Supademo share modal so you can easily access your desired sharing type more seamlessly. This includes presenting all share options on one screen, along with options to make your Supademo viewable to (1) just yourself/your workspace, or (2) publicly to anyone.

Share Button on Embeds

We've added a simple link button to embedded Supademo, which make it easier for your viewers to share your Supademo or view it on a larger screen.

The goal is to get your viewers to share your demo more seamlessly with their colleagues, friends, or partners – helping drive ROI for creators!

Custom Video Playback Speed

Have a long video step that you'd like to speed up for your users? Scrolled through a key section too quickly? Now you can slow down or speed up any video step on a Supademo directly within the editor.

Simply use the video toolbar to customize the playback speed and click save.

Enforce Business Emails for Lead Capture

We have added an option to enforce business emails for lead capture forms within chapters. Simply turn this on to restrict common personal domains like Gmail or Yahoo from being used to view your Supademo.

Improved Screenshot Uploads on Mobile

With this improved workflow, creators can quickly upload multiple screenshots from their mobile device to create interactive demos of their app or workflow.

Here how to create a Supademo of a mobile app or workflow in a few minutes:

Frequently Asked Questions about ai voice updates, video export, steps copy, and improved sharing

Commonly asked questions about this topic.

What tools and platforms support AI voice updates?

The right tool depends on your team size, technical maturity, and integration requirements. Look for platforms that solve your specific bottleneck rather than all-in-one solutions that do everything adequately but nothing exceptionally. Interactive demo platforms can help standardize training and documentation across teams, reducing onboarding time and support burden. 68% of teams rate support and self-service impact from interactive demos as high or very high.

How do I troubleshoot common issues when implementing AI voice features?

The most common challenges are stakeholder alignment, tool fragmentation, and inconsistent execution across teams. Address alignment by documenting shared goals and success metrics. Reduce tool fragmentation by standardizing on platforms that integrate well together. Improve execution consistency through clear playbooks, templates, and regular calibration sessions. 96.8% of top-performing demos use custom branding to maintain brand consistency.

How do organizations get started with AI voice updates?

Begin with an audit of your current state — identify gaps, redundancies, and quick wins. Select one or two focus areas rather than trying to improve everything simultaneously. Assign clear ownership for each initiative and set 90-day milestones to maintain accountability without over-planning. 54% of top-completing demos use AI voiceover to improve the guided experience.

How do you train a team on AI voice updates?

Blend self-paced learning with hands-on practice — lecture-style training has low retention for practical skills. Interactive walkthroughs let team members learn by doing at their own pace, and they can revisit specific steps later as a reference. Follow up with regular coaching sessions and a shared knowledge base for ongoing support. For example, VRIFY reduced enablement content production time by 75% using Supademo.

How can interactive demos and walkthroughs support AI voice updates?

Interactive demo platforms like Supademo let you create clickable, step-by-step guides that standardize training and reduce time-to-proficiency. Teams use them for onboarding, process documentation, and stakeholder presentations — anywhere static screenshots or long documents fall short. The visual format typically sees higher completion rates than traditional documentation. 45% of teams adopted interactive demos specifically to solve onboarding friction. 45% of teams adopted interactive demos specifically to solve onboarding friction.

What KPIs should you track for AI voice updates?

Focus on leading indicators (predictive metrics) rather than only lagging indicators (results after the fact). For AI voice updates, useful KPIs often include adoption rate, time-to-completion, quality scores, and cost-per-outcome. Limit your dashboard to 5-7 KPIs — tracking too many dilutes focus and makes it harder to identify what's actually driving results. Supademo supports AI voiceover in 15+ languages for global teams.

How is AI impacting AI voice updates?

AI is automating routine decisions, surfacing insights from large datasets, and enabling personalization that wasn't feasible manually. For AI voice updates, this means faster iteration cycles, better targeting, and reduced manual overhead. The key is applying AI to well-defined problems with clear success criteria — vague 'add AI' initiatives rarely deliver measurable value. DBmaestro achieved 80% faster demo delivery after adopting interactive demos.
