For our grand finale, we're thrilled to announce Native Forms – which transforms your Supademo into a complete lead generation and data collection tool.
Introducing Native Forms on Supademo
While Supademo has always allowed creators to embed external apps to Supademo, the user experience, design, and flow didn't quite feel native.
So we built Native Forms directly into Supademo – allowing you to create personalized forms within your Chapters, with data saved natively within your Supademo analytics or synced with your CRM (like HubSpot or Salesforce).
No more clunky redirects or extra steps—just a smooth way to grab user feedback or collect lead info while folks are still in the flow of your Supademo.
Ultimately, it's all about cutting the hassle of extra steps and making sure the data you need goes where you want it, without breaking your user flow.
How can I get started with Native Forms?

Creating customized forms is now easier than ever on Supademo:
- Add a Chapter anywhere within your Supademo and choose the new "Form" option.
- Add up to 7 form fields and determine which fields are required or optional.
- Determine whether the entire form should be required/optional, and limit to business email addresses only.
- Click save when done to go live with your form!
After going live with your Native Form, individual responses will be sent to you via email. They will also be saved under the Lead Data tab of your Supademo Analytics.
For instance, whether you've named a field "Company", "Corporation", or "Business Name", Supademo will auto-detect and sync it to the appropriate field in your CRM without the need for manual mapping.
What are some benefits of Native Forms?
Seamless data integration and availability

Data – available where you need it. The responses from your form  doesn't exist in isolation:
- Direct integration with popular CRMs like Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Connect with marketing automation tools like Marketo.
- Automatic syncing with Lead Data with Supademo's analytics dashboard.
- Real-time email updates on form submission.
- Export options in CSV format for data analysis in your preferred tools.
Strategic placement for higher conversions
Choose exactly when and how to collect information:
- Add forms at any point in your Supademo viewer journey – beginning, middle, after the "aha" moment, or at the end as a CTA.
- Create gated sections that unlock after form completion.
- Place exit-intent forms to capture leads before they leave.
- Design multi-step forms distributed throughout longer Supademos.
Start collecting data through Native Forms
Starting today, Native Forms is live on Supademo for Scale users and up. We built this feature to help simplify the process of gathering feedback, collecting lead information, or qualifying prospects.
With Native Forms, you can gate content, collect information, and sync data in seconds – without the need for multiple apps.
Otherwise, this is Day 5/5 in our March Launch Week. And it's been quite the wild ride. Starting from Monday, we launched:
Day 2. Translations Hub for creating multilingual demos to reach global audiences with ease
Day 3. Nine Design Enhancements that make your Supademo more polished, professional, and easy for both editors and end viewers;
Day 4. Windows Desktop Recorder, which unlocks seamless interactive demo creation for any Windows app;
Day 5. Native Forms, which transforms your Supademo into a complete lead generation and data collection tool ✨
Ultimately, every single feature update came from direct user feedback. And it means a lot that you've taken the time to make suggestions and pushed us to improve each and every day.
So we’re not stopping here—please stay tuned for future product updates and launch weeks from the Supademo team– we're just getting started!
