9/25: AI Features, Video Recording Support and More ✨

We're excited to share the biggest product update yet at Supademo. Read to see what's new, improved, and coming up in our feature roadmap.

Supademo AI

We've all experienced the painstaking effort of writing and editing how-to docs and text annotations to explain how to do something for a colleague or customers.

Now, teams can create beautiful demos and how-to guides at scale using Supademo AI.

Interactive demo powered by Supademo

Here's how it works ⤵️

  1. Turn on our extension and walk through any product flow
  2. Supademo creates an intuitive, interactive demo as fast as you can click
  3. Hit "Personalize with AI" to customize every text hotspot based on the HTML element clicked, demo title, demo type - all in a few seconds!

Best of all, Supademo AI is completely free during our beta access period for both free and paid users. Let us know what you think.

Video Support for Supademo

We know that video adds a greater level of context and fluidity to your interactive demos and guides - which is why we're excited to release video support for Supademo!

With video support, you can capture scrolls, drags, and typing throughout your Supademo recording, helping create a smooth transition between clicks and an overall more streamlined experience for your viewers.

Don't want to record video? No worries - you'll have the option to enable or disable this directly within your extension dropdown.

Make sure you update your Chrome Extension to the lastest version to take advantage of video support.

More browser bar options

In addition to our dark and light themed browser bar designs, you now have the option to remove this altogether - creating a more immersive experience for your viewers.

To access this feature, simply navigate to your Supademo and click Customization. Any changes you make on this screen will now be reflected directly within the Supademo edit view.

Collaboration Improvements

We know that Supademos are meant to be shared - which is why we simplified our user experience to make Supademo a multiplayer experience by default.

Shared by default

Every Supademo and Showcase is now shared with your workspace by default - helping your team duplicate, collaborate, and amplify the demos you create.

This includes both Supademos created via extension or by scratch from your dashboard.

Simplified navigation

We made it easier for you and your team to access the Supademos and Showcases you need with a better dashboard sidebar.

The new layout reflects Supademo's team-first approach and makes it easier for individuals to find the Supademo or Showcase they need, across team and personal libraries.

Improved UX across Edit Pages

CTA/Overlay Previews

We've made it easier for creators to add or edit Overlays and CTAs to an existing Supademo - without having to dig through the customization modal:

Utility menu for individual Supademos

For easier duplicating and deleting of Supademos, we've added a utility dropdown to individual Supademo preview and edit pages.

Multi-upload images

For creators that prefer to create a Supademo with their own screenshots or photos, we've added mutli-upload capabilities.

Simply click Upload images from any new or existing Supademo and choose multiple PNGs or JPGs to upload multiple at a time!

Frequently Asked Questions about 9/25

Commonly asked questions about this topic.

How should you prioritize features when planning AI product releases?

Map your current state, define your target state, and identify the gaps between them. Prioritize initiatives by impact and feasibility — quick wins build credibility for larger investments. Review the roadmap quarterly and adjust based on what's working, market changes, and shifting organizational priorities. Learn more about Supademo's features. Supademo was named the #5 fastest-growing software product on G2 in 2025. Interactive demos see 7x higher conversion rates compared to traditional demo videos.

What are the key benefits of adding AI capabilities and video recording to your platform?

9/25 helps organizations improve efficiency, reduce costs, and deliver better outcomes. Understanding the fundamentals is critical before investing in tools or processes — many teams jump to solutions without clearly defining the problem they're solving. Start by mapping your current state and identifying the highest-impact opportunities. RB2B eliminated 60+ hours of sales calls in just 30 days using interactive demos. Companies using interactive demos report an average 28% reduction in customer acquisition cost.

How do you get stakeholder approval for implementing new AI features?

Frame the business case around metrics executives care about — revenue impact, cost savings, or risk reduction. Start with a pilot that demonstrates measurable results within 30-60 days. Use interactive demos to present your results and roadmap to stakeholders — a clickable walkthrough is more compelling than a slide deck and easier to share asynchronously. Companies using interactive demos report an average 28% reduction in customer acquisition cost.

What's the best way to onboard users to AI and video recording functionality?

Blend self-paced learning with hands-on practice — lecture-style training has low retention for practical skills. Interactive walkthroughs let team members learn by doing at their own pace, and they can revisit specific steps later as a reference. Follow up with regular coaching sessions and a shared knowledge base for ongoing support. For example, VRIFY reduced enablement content production time by 75% using Supademo.

How do organizations get started with 9/25?

Begin with an audit of your current state — identify gaps, redundancies, and quick wins. Select one or two focus areas rather than trying to improve everything simultaneously. Assign clear ownership for each initiative and set 90-day milestones to maintain accountability without over-planning. 54% of top-completing demos use AI voiceover to improve the guided experience.

What are the latest trends in 9/25?

AI-assisted automation, real-time analytics, and personalization at scale are reshaping 9/25 in 2026. Organizations are moving from manual, one-size-fits-all approaches to adaptive systems that adjust based on user behavior and outcomes. Tools like Supademo reflect this shift — enabling teams to create personalized, interactive content without engineering resources. 96.8% of top-performing demos use custom branding to maintain brand consistency.

What KPIs should you track for 9/25?

Focus on leading indicators (predictive metrics) rather than only lagging indicators (results after the fact). For 9/25, useful KPIs often include adoption rate, time-to-completion, quality scores, and cost-per-outcome. Limit your dashboard to 5-7 KPIs — tracking too many dilutes focus and makes it harder to identify what's actually driving results. 45% of teams adopted best Arcade alternatives for 2026s specifically to solve onboarding friction.
