Our Commitment

At Supademo, we believe that technology should be accessible to everyone. Our mission is to help teams create interactive demos that communicate effectively with all users, regardless of their abilities or the assistive technologies they use.

We are committed to:

  • Ensuring our platform is perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust for all users
  • Continuously improving accessibility across all Supademo products and services
  • Training our team on accessibility best practices and inclusive design
  • Engaging with users with disabilities to understand their needs and experiences
  • Making accessibility a core part of our product development process

Standards & Guidelines

Supademo strives to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our primary accessibility standard. These guidelines are developed by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) and are widely recognized as the international standard for web accessibility.

Our accessibility efforts are also guided by:

  • Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act (United States)
  • EN 301 549 European accessibility standard
  • Accessible Canada Act (ACA) accessibility requirements
  • Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) guidelines

Note: While we aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA standards across all our products, some third-party content or legacy features may not yet fully conform. We are actively working to address these gaps.

Testing & Evaluation

We employ a comprehensive approach to accessibility testing that includes both automated and manual evaluation methods:

Automated Testing

  • Continuous integration testing with accessibility linters
  • Automated WCAG compliance scanning tools
  • Color contrast analyzers for visual design review

Manual Testing

  • Keyboard-only navigation testing across all features
  • Screen reader testing with NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver
  • Voice dictation compatibility testing
  • Screen magnification testing at various zoom levels
  • Reduced motion preference testing

User Testing

  • Periodic usability testing with people who have disabilities
  • Feedback collection from users of assistive technologies
  • Third-party accessibility audits and assessments
