Feb 2026 product update header

Most product demos don’t fail because the product is bad.

They fail because the demo is confusing, too long, or doesn’t get to value fast enough.

So in February, we shipped a set of updates to fix just that: including features that audit and grade your demo instantly and tells you exactly what to change, plus a bunch of workflow upgrades that make creating and polishing demos way faster than before.

Read on to see Supademo's biggest updates from February 2026, ranked by impact.

5 Minute Video Overview

AI Demo Audits

First up: AI Demo Audits. Choose any Supademo in your workspace, select your use case, and our trained AI Audit Agent will analyze it like a conversion-focused expert.

You get:

  • A clear audit score (plus the “why” behind it)
  • Specific, actionable tips to improve performance
  • And the best part: one-click application of recommended changes, in seconds

Whether you’re using demos for website conversion, sales follow-ups, or instructional content, you no longer need to guess what to improve. You get a prioritized checklist you can use to ship better demos immediately.

AI Data Editing Improvements

New AI Data Editing Capabilities

Next: AI Data Editing is out of beta, with big upgrades. You can now:

  • Duplicate elements
  • Add or modify standard table rows
  • Remove, hide, blur, or redact content
  • Personalize any text-based content
  • Prompt design-related changes (colors, background colors, and rich text editing)

In addition, AI data editing is now more stable, performant, and faster than ever.

Bulk Apply for Crop, Align, and Annotations

Now for a pure speed upgrade: Apply-all cropping, alignment, blurring, and annotations across all of your slides.

So if you need to:

  • Blur the same logo on the top-left across every slide
  • Crop out the browser bar everywhere
  • Apply consistent alignment and annotations

You can now do it once and apply it across the entire demo. If you build screenshot- or video-heavy demos, this feature will save you a ridiculous amount of time.

Redesigned Video Editor

For anyone building demos from video: we redesigned the Video Editor inside the demo edit page.

  • Splitting is smoother
  • Trimming is cleaner
  • The timeline is more precise

This redesign makes the experience feel way more like a real editor and way less like a workaround.

Consolidated Demo Playback Controls

Related to video, we also shipped a brand new design for demo playback controls across all demo types.

Volume, full-screen, pausing, translations, and commenting are now consolidated into a simple bar that hides and shows at the bottom of the screen, without covering any demo frames.

This is especially helpful when you’re placing hotspots near the corners of the demo frame, and it can be turned on or off per demo.

Proactive Recording Prompts

Finally: the Chrome extension got smarter, so you get fewer weird recordings.

We now:

  • Warn you when your aspect ratio is less than ideal (with a one-click button to resize to recommended dimensions)
  • Warn when you have too many tabs open during recording (which could slow things down)
  • Auto-detect sites with slow HTML or heavy CSS, with a new option to speed up recording on these sites
