AI Policy

Scope and Application

This AI Policy governs the use of artificial intelligence features within Supademo's platform and applies to all users of our services. AI features are entirely optional and are only activated when users explicitly initiate them through their own actions.

AI Feature Implementation

  • User-Initiated Access: All AI functionalities require explicit user activation and consent. Users must acknowledge our AI terms before accessing any AI-powered features.
  • Optional Nature: AI features are entirely optional and they can be disabled or simply left unused. AI functionality is not required for the core demo automation platform.
  • Human Oversight: AI features are designed to assist and augment human decision-making, not replace it. Users maintain full control and responsibility for all outputs and decisions.

Disabling AI Across Your Workspace

Workspace administrators can request that all AI functionality be disabled across their entire workspace for all users. To make this request, contact us at support@supademo.com or through in-app support. Once disabled, AI features are unavailable to every user in the workspace and will remain disabled until a workspace administrator requests that they be re-enabled.

Data Usage and Training

  • No Training on Customer Data: Supademo does not use customer data, content, or usage information to train our AI models or any third-party AI systems.
  • Data Isolation: Customer data processed by AI features remains within Supademo's secure infrastructure and never leaves our trust boundary.
  • Third-Party Models: When utilizing third-party AI services, we ensure that customer data is not retained or used for training purposes by these providers.

Accuracy and Reliability Disclaimers

  • No Warranties: AI-generated content and suggestions are provided "AS IS" without warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose.
  • User Verification Required: Users are responsible for reviewing, validating, and approving all AI-generated outputs before implementation.
  • Limitation of Reliability: AI outputs may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or errors, and should not be relied upon as the sole source of truth for business decisions.

Security and Compliance

  • SOC 2 Alignment: Our AI features are implemented within our existing SOC 2 Type II compliance framework, maintaining the same security, availability, and confidentiality standards.
  • Access Controls: AI feature access is governed by existing user authentication and authorization systems.
  • Data Protection: All AI processing adheres to our established data protection, privacy, and security protocols.

Prohibited Uses

Users may not use AI features for:

  • Illegal activities or content generation
  • Creating misleading, harmful, or inappropriate content
  • Decisions with significant legal or regulatory implications without human review
  • Bypassing existing security or compliance controls

Limitation of Liability

Supademo disclaims all liability for damages arising from AI feature usage, including but not limited to inaccurate outputs, business decisions based on AI recommendations, or any consequential damages. Users acknowledge that AI features are experimental tools requiring human judgment.

Updates and Modifications

This policy may be updated as AI technology and regulatory requirements evolve. Users will be notified of material changes through normal communication channels.
