Turn SOP documents into interactive guides
Supademo turns a screen recording into the interactive guide that replaces your SOP, inside the Confluence page, SharePoint file or LMS your employees already open. AI Command updates every guide at once.

How does Supademo turn a recording into a guide?
How does Supademo help L&D and HR teams?
Turn the workflow into the work instruction
- Record once and the numbered, annotated work instruction comes out. The write-up stops being a job
- Fix it afterwards by typing the change: reword a step, blur a field, or edit every guide at once
- The only skill required is recording a screen, so whoever owns the process writes it up themselves
- Captures anything in a browser, internal tools behind a login included. No desktop app to deploy
Two ways to produce the same set of work instructions. By hand it is four stages: Screenshot each screen, Paste into a doc, Annotate by hand, Redo it next quarter. Recorded it is two: Record the workflow then Publish. Rev.io went from weeks to hours on training material with a team half the size.
Rev.io produces training material in hours instead of weeks, with a 50% smaller team.
Put the guide inside the LMS you already run
- Embeds anywhere that takes an iframe: most LMSs, Confluence, SharePoint, Notion, the intranet
- If your LMS wants SCORM, our iframe to SCORM tool wraps an embed into an uploadable file
- Group every guide for one system onto a single page people can bookmark
- Expiring links for contractors, secondments and project work
The guide sits inside a course module in the system you already administer, not in a separate tool. Here a module list reads Welcome to the team, Raising a purchase order, Knowledge check, and "Raising a purchase order" is an embedded Supademo guide rather than a link out. Anywhere that accepts an iframe will hold one, which covers most learning management systems.
Lightspeed embedded guides across onboarding, revenue ops, retail, compliance and support.
Know the new starter can actually do the job
- They practice on a simulation of the real screens, not a video of someone else
- Completion is reported per step, so you see where people get stuck, not that a module was opened
- Branching follows the path each person takes, so one guide covers several roles
- AI voiceover and full translation into 15+ languages from the same recording. Nobody re-records
Completion is reported per step rather than per module, so you can see the step people abandon. For example: Open the module 98%, Create the record 94%, Approve the request 41%, Close the task 38%. The fall happens at "Approve the request", which usually points at the process rather than the learner.

- You pay for creator seats. Viewers and views are unlimited and free on every plan
- Blur and redact before sharing, because these recordings hold employee and customer records
- SOC 2 Type II, GDPR, AES-256 at rest and TLS in transit, and your content is never used to train AI models
- Enterprise adds SSO via SAML 2.0, separate workspaces, audit logs, and data residency across five regions
You are billed for creator seats only. Viewers and views are unlimited and free on every plan, including the free one, so rolling a guide out to the whole company does not change the invoice. The three seats shown are an example of the shape, not a plan. The security posture behind it: SOC 2 Type II, GDPR, AES-256 at rest, SSO via SAML 2.0, Audit logs and Data residency.
Why do L&D and HR teams choose Supademo?
“Internally, and I mean, I could do something in 30 minutes or less that was way cleaner and, you know, better looking than the cut and clip video editor that I used to use.”
“I mentioned that 15 to 20 minutes just getting teachers logged in. We're not seeing that same barrier this year. Folks are accessing the Supademo ahead of time and they're getting through, so that when we're with them, they're right on their dashboard and ready to go.”
“Supademo is a fantastic product that has allowed us to rapidly increase our onboarding and knowledge creation at VRIFY, which is key to our rapidly expanding product. Alongside their product being both technically advanced and easy to use, their team makes the experience even better.”
“At Rev.io, exciting changes and updates are happening constantly, and using Supademo has taken the stress out of keeping documentation and training up to date.”
Which other teams use the same guide?
The same captured recording serves 7 teams at your company. This page covers L&D and HR teams. The others are customer education managers, who build the customer academy; product marketers, who put the product on the site; customer success managers, who kill repeat questions; sales reps, who sell without the live call; product managers, who get the new feature adopted; solutions engineers, who leave the demo behind. Each has its own page.
Common questions from L&D and HR teams
In the order this group actually asks them.

What does Supademo cost, and do we pay for everyone who watches?
You pay for creator seats, the people who build and edit guides. Viewers and views are unlimited and free on every plan, including Free. Most teams start with a handful of creators against an audience in the hundreds. See pricing for the full comparison, and annual billing saves around a quarter.
Does Supademo work inside our corporate LMS or wiki?
An interactive guide embeds anywhere that accepts an iframe, which covers most learning management systems as well as Confluence, Notion, SharePoint, help centers and intranets.
If you specifically need a SCORM package, our iframe to SCORM tool wraps an embed into an uploadable file. Native SCORM export is not part of the product today, and we would rather say so than have you find out in week two.
Will Supademo capture our software?
Recording runs through a Chrome extension, so anything you can reach in a browser becomes an interactive walkthrough, including internal tools behind a login. Software that does not run in a browser is covered by the Mac and Windows desktop apps, which record native applications, code editors and full windows on the paid plans.
Between the two, most internal stacks are captured. The recorder page lists what each one handles.
Is our data safe in Supademo? These are live internal systems.
This is the question we get most from this group, and fairly: you are recording screens full of employee and customer records. You can blur and redact before anything is shared. Supademo is SOC 2 Type II audited and GDPR-compliant, with AES-256 at rest and TLS in transit, and your content is never used to train AI models.
Enterprise adds SSO via SAML 2.0, separate workspaces with workspace-level governance, audit logs, and configurable data residency across the US, Canada, EU, Australia and Asia. Security reviewers can request the SOC 2 report, DPA and subprocessor list from our Trust Center.
What is Supademo's AI actually doing?
AI Command takes a plain-English instruction and applies it across one guide or your whole library at once, so renaming a system is one sentence rather than one edit per guide. Our MCP server connects Supademo to Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor and Copilot with over 80 actions, so you edit guides and read view data from the assistant you already have open. AI also generates the voiceover in 148 voices, clones a voice for one narrator, and translates a finished guide into 15+ languages with no re-record.
It does not invent your process. You record the workflow, because you are the one who knows it. And your content is never used to train AI models.
How do L&D teams actually run Supademo?
Usually one or two people own the library and the subject-matter experts record their own guides, because recording is the only skill required. The guides live in the LMS, wiki or help center rather than in Supademo, and get updated step by step as systems change.
Lightspeed runs it across onboarding, revenue ops, retail and support; Greenpeace CEE used it for internal tool training across staff and volunteers.
Does Supademo replace our SOPs or our LMS?
Neither. Most teams keep their written procedures and their LMS, and use guides for the parts that are hard to describe in text, which is usually anything involving a screen. The guide sits inside the existing SOP page or module. If you are already paying for an LMS, this sits next to it rather than instead of it.
How do employees get to a Supademo guide?
A link, an embed, or triggered inside your own product. You can group related guides into one page per system, gate access, or set links to expire. Step-level analytics then show completion and where people drop off, which is more useful than an LMS telling you a module was opened.
