Your LMS takes the lesson as a SCORM 1.2 package you upload once as a course module. The zip holds imsmanifest.xml, index.html, scorm-runtime.js and styles.css, and it wraps the live lesson URL instead of bundling a copy of it, so editing a step in Supademo does not mean re-uploading anything to the LMS. Supademo's iframe to SCORM tool generates the package free and without an account. The filename and the course are an example.

Does Supademo work inside our customer academy or LMS?
A lesson embeds anywhere that accepts an iframe, which covers most academy platforms, course pages and help centers. If your LMS only accepts SCORM, our free iframe to SCORM tool wraps a lesson into a SCORM 1.2 package you upload as a module, and it reports completion and session time back.
SCORM 1.2 is what Cornerstone, Docebo, Moodle, TalentLMS, Litmos and Absorb all read. The package wraps the live lesson rather than bundling a copy of it, so the same iframe requirement applies here, and behavior varies between platforms. Upload one package and run a test launch before you build the whole curriculum on it. We have no native integration with any LMS, and no course-authoring app inside Supademo.
Can Supademo prove a customer completed the course?
Two ways. Inside Supademo, completion is reported per step, so you see which lesson people abandon and where in it they stop. Through SCORM, the package writes a lesson status, a progress score out of 100 and a session time into your LMS as the learner works, and you choose what counts as complete: finishing the lesson, a set amount of active viewing time, a button the learner clicks, or launch.
Supademo does not issue certificates. If your program needs one, your LMS issues it from the completion we report. Our MCP server reads the same completion data from Claude or ChatGPT, so you can ask which lesson learners abandon.
Does Supademo charge for every learner who takes the course?
No. You pay for creator seats, the people who build and edit lessons. Viewers and views are unlimited and free on every plan, including Free. Opening the academy to your whole customer base does not change the invoice, and the size of the audience never enters the bill.

They click around a copy of it. A guided lesson plays back real screens and holds until the learner clicks the right thing. A sandbox lesson goes further: a pixel-perfect HTML and CSS copy of your interface that a learner can explore freely, kept away from your production systems and anyone's records.
Every learner gets the same result every time, which a shared demo account cannot promise. Guided lessons run on every plan, while HTML and sandbox lessons sit on the higher ones, so check pricing before you design a curriculum around them.
What happens to a Supademo course when the product changes?
Edit the step. Every place the lesson is published shows the new version, because an embed and a SCORM package both point at the live lesson rather than a copy of it, so nothing gets re-uploaded to your LMS.
AI Command applies one plain-English instruction across many lessons at once, and versioning keeps the earlier one if you need to go back to it.
Can Supademo run a customer academy in more than one language?
AI translates a finished lesson into 15+ languages, text and voiceover, without anyone re-recording. Learners switch language from inside the same lesson, so you are not publishing one course per region.
You can clone a voice to keep the same narrator across all of them. Machine translation is a starting point rather than a signed-off localization, so most teams have a native speaker read the text before a course goes live.
Does Supademo replace our LMS or our academy platform?
No. Teams keep the platform they have and use lessons for the parts that are hard to teach in text, which is usually anything involving a screen.
The lesson sits inside the module you already built. Supademo has no enrolment, no cohort management and no gradebook, so if your program needs those, your LMS keeps doing them.
What happens to the customer data on screen in a Supademo recording?
You can blur or remove anything before a lesson is shared, and in an HTML lesson you can swap the text and the data outright. Supademo is SOC 2 Type II audited and GDPR-compliant, with AES-256 at rest and TLS in transit, and your content is never used to train AI models.
Enterprise adds SSO via SAML 2.0, separate workspaces, audit logs, and data residency across the US, Canada, EU, Australia and Asia. Security reviewers can request the SOC 2 report, DPA and subprocessor list from our Trust Center.
How is Supademo different from Camtasia, Loom, Scribe or Storylane?
Camtasia and Loom record video, so a learner watches somebody else do the task. Scribe turns a capture into a document of screenshots. Storylane is the closest on captured, guided lessons.
