Replace live sales calls with interactive demos
Supademo captures your product as an interactive demo a prospect opens from your email, clicks through at their pace, then books a meeting. Use variables to hyperpersonalize each interactive demo per account.
Trusted by sales reps at 3,000+ organizations

How does one Supademo cover every account?
How does Supademo help sales reps?
Let the first demo happen without you
- Send one link and the prospect clicks through your product at 11 PM, a slot you could never have filled
- Put a booking calendar on the last screen, so whoever wants a call asks for one
- Ask for an email before the demo opens, or send one trackable link per person, so an open carries a name
- Engaged viewer alerts fire while somebody is still clicking, which is when a reply is worth sending
Example sessions on one shared interactive demo link, plotted against a 24-hour clock: 1:30 AM in Sydney, finished in one sitting; 6:45 AM in Singapore, came back a second time; 10:15 AM in Berlin, stopped at pricing; 1 PM in London, longest session of the week; 7:30 PM in Toronto, opened it late evening; 10:30 PM in Austin, replayed reporting twice. 4 of the 6 fall outside a 9 AM to 5 PM working day, so a live demo call could not have covered them. Supademo counts sessions, duration and per-step completion on every link, and city and device data on the paid plans. Names attach only where you sent a trackable link to one person or asked for an email before the demo opens.
Replayed reporting twice
RB2B saved 61 hours of sales calls in its first 30 days on Supademo, with a team of three.
Personalize the outbound demo without rebuilding it
- Variables read the company, role and logo from the link, so one recording carries every account name
- Paste the link into whatever sends your sequence. No Outreach or Salesloft integration, and none needed
- Export the same demo as a GIF for the first touch and keep the interactive link for the reply
- Engagement syncs to HubSpot, Salesforce and Marketo, so accounts that clicked show up on the opportunity
An outbound sequence with the interactive demo inside it: Day 1, Email: Opening note, nothing attached; Day 6, Email: Interactive demo link; Day 9, Call: Referencing what they clicked. The demo is recorded once. Dynamic variables read the company, the role and the logo out of the share link, so the same 3-touch cadence goes to Delta Airlines, McDonald's, Airbnb and each one opens a demo with its own name on it. Dynamic variables and trackable links are on Supademo's paid plans. There is no Outreach or Salesloft integration to wait for: the link is pasted into whichever tool sends your sequence.

Build it on the afternoon you need it
- Recording is the whole skill. Click record in the Chrome extension, walk the workflow you already demo, stop
- Retype a step, or tell AI Command to do it: rename the account, blur a column, cut the screen you skip past
- AI voiceover narrates the walkthrough, so nobody has to record audio again when the pitch changes
- Describe a bigger change and AI Command applies it across the demo, or across every demo you have built
Changing a captured demo means typing what you want changed. Three edits on the same recording: "Rename the workspace to Delta Airlines", and the header reads Delta Airlines; "Blur the email column", and the email addresses are hidden before the demo leaves; "Delete the test account row", and the row is gone from the table. Nothing is re-recorded and nobody opens a design file. Retyping text, blurring a field and deleting an element are demo editor actions on the paid plans; describing a change in plain language and having AI apply it across a demo sits on the higher plans, so check pricing before you build a workflow around it.
Delete the test account row
VRIFY cut enablement content production time by about 75% and skipped the extra hire it had planned for.
Know exactly what you are sending
- A capture of your product's front end with clickable steps over it, keeping the real text and styling
- No backend sits behind the capture. Your live data and your API are not in it
- Guided HTML and sandbox demos each start on a higher plan, and pricing carries the current split
- Our comparison pages put Storylane, Navattic, Consensus and Walnut next to us, including where they win
What a Supademo interactive demo is made of, top to bottom: Steps, hotspots and branching; Your text, edited after capture: Retype an account name, blur a column, cut a screen; A capture of your product's front end: HTML capture keeps the real text and styling. Screenshots and video cover the rest. What it is not made of: Your backend, your live data, your API. Never part of the capture, on any plan. A viewer clicks a copy of your interface rather than a picture of it, and rather than your running application. If your demo cannot show anything useful without live data behind it, that is a different category of tool and worth raising before you buy. Guided HTML capture and sandbox demos sit on higher plans than the entry one; see pricing for the current split.
Easy Software closed a $100k+ deal on self-paced demos alone, and took 5 hours a week per rep off demo creation.
Why do sales reps choose Supademo?
“What I'm doing when I'm presenting or creating a custom demo for a client, it used to take me around about three to four days because that's a lot of stuff.”
“We not only created lots of Supademos for different use cases, but our AEs just closed their first deals using just Supademo.”
“Supademo helps us empower our champions within the organizations we sell to. It's a really efficient way for them to gain context and understand our product, while looping in other decision makers.”
“That tells you how much I like the platform within, you know, within a week. So I didn't even wait for the free trial to end.”
Which other teams use the same recording?
The same captured recording serves 7 teams at your company. This page covers sales reps. The others are L&D and HR teams, who replace the screenshot doc; customer education managers, who build the customer academy; product marketers, who put the product on the site; customer success managers, who kill repeat questions; product managers, who get the new feature adopted; solutions engineers, who leave the demo behind. Each has its own page.
Common questions from sales reps
In the order this group actually asks them.

Can Supademo qualify a prospect when no rep is available?
An AI Demo Agent can. It holds the conversation, shows the demo or asset that answers what the buyer asked, then scores it and routes the ones worth a call with a summary of what was said.
It is a usage-based add-on on paid plans from Scale up. Every workspace starts with 1,500 free credits, roughly 75 conversations, and they do not expire. See AI Demo Agents.
Can a Supademo link really replace the first demo call?
For the first one, usually. You send the link, the prospect clicks through the real workflows at their own pace, and the ones who want a live conversation book it from a calendar step on the last screen.
RB2B saved 61 hours of sales calls in its first 30 days on a team of three, doing exactly that. Where a link does not stretch is the technical deep-dive with the buyer's own data on screen. Keep the call for that, and stop spending one on the walkthrough you have given forty times.
How does a sales rep personalize a Supademo per account without building forty demos?
One recording, and a variable in the share link fills in the company name, the role, an image or a link when the demo opens. Send a different link per account and each prospect sees their own name inside the same demo.
Edit the recording once and every account gets the change, because nothing was duplicated. When the messaging changes, AI Command rewrites the copy across the whole set from a single instruction. Dynamic variables and trackable links sit on the paid plans, and pricing shows which.
Can a sales rep build a Supademo, or do we need a solutions engineer?
A rep builds it. Recording runs through a Chrome extension, so anything you can reach in a browser becomes an interactive demo, and after the capture you change a step by retyping it rather than by re-recording.
VRIFY cut enablement content production time by around 75% and skipped the hire it had planned to make for the work. Teams that have a solutions engineer usually keep them for the deep-dives instead of the first-call walkthrough.
What does Supademo show about who opened a demo?
Per-step completion, session length, replays and where people stopped, on every link. Send a trackable link to one person and an open carries their name; gate the demo behind an email and the viewer names themselves; a session with neither stays anonymous.
Account reveal and viewer de-anonymization are not things we ship, so nobody should promise the pipeline review a list of everyone who watched. Engagement syncs to HubSpot, Salesforce and Marketo on paid plans, so the accounts worth calling are on the opportunity rather than in a dashboard nobody opens. Our MCP server answers the same question in ChatGPT or Claude, so a rep can ask who opened what without leaving the assistant.
Does Supademo plug into Outreach, Salesloft or our sequencer?
Not natively, and it does not need to. A Supademo is a URL, so it goes into an Outreach or Salesloft step, a LinkedIn message, a Gmail draft or a deal room the same way any link does, and you can generate one trackable link per prospect before you load the list.
The integrations we do run are HubSpot, Salesforce and Marketo for engagement data, plus Slack and Zapier. Pipedrive and Segment are marked coming soon, so plan on Zapier for those.
Our MCP server is a third route, connecting Supademo to Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor and Copilot, so a rep can build, edit or pull the numbers on a demo by prompting the assistant they already have open. It reaches Supademo rather than your sequencer.
How is this different from Storylane, Navattic, Consensus or Walnut?
Storylane and Navattic are the closest comparison: captured, guided demos in the same shape as ours. Consensus is video-led demo automation. Walnut and Reprise sit further toward demo environments your team maintains, and Loom or Vidyard are video, which is a different thing to send.
Supademo does guided capture, sandbox demos, branching, variables and AI voiceover in one product, with unlimited free viewers on every plan. Our comparison pages put each of them beside us feature by feature, including the cases where they are the better answer.
What does Supademo cost, and does every sales rep need a seat?
You are billed per creator seat, meaning the people who record and edit demos. Everyone outside your company who opens a demo is a free viewer, unlimited on every plan including Free. Reps who only send links and read the numbers can sit on free view-only seats: five on the base paid plan, unlimited on the higher ones.
Worth knowing before you get attached to them: guided HTML and sandbox demos each start on a higher plan. Pricing has the full comparison and the annual rate.
