Looking back on Supademo’s 2025 reveals a year of meaningful growth and clarity.

What started as a simple idea, making product demos clearer, more interactive, and easier to scale, has grown into a platform used across the entire customer journey by customer-facing teams. Supademo is now used by companies of all sizes, including increasingly large and enterprise organizations. 2025 marked a year of compounding momentum, deeper customer impact, and clearer signals around how interactive demos fit into modern go-to-market, onboarding, and enablement workflows.

What did 2025 look like at a glance?

  • 4x YoY growth from the end of 2024
  • 20x YoY growth from the end of 2023
  • 11 team members
  • >100% Net Revenue Retention
  • 2,000+ paying companies
  • 150,000+ free users
  • 5 countries represented
  • 10,000+ support tickets handled
  • 2,000+ live demos conducted
  • Mid 7-figure ARR

Each of these numbers reflects real teams, real workflows, and real problems being solved with interactive demos.

What did we ship in 2025?

To support full-journey, cross-functional usage, 2025 was one of our most active years in product development. We shipped several foundational capabilities, among many other features, that expanded Supademo into a comprehensive interactive demo platform.

Guided HTML demos

Guided HTML demos let teams create pixel-accurate, interactive demos that replicate their product’s HTML and CSS. Viewers can click, scroll, and type through realistic flows without needing an account or access to a live environment, while teams can edit content after recording to replace sensitive data and/or reuse demos across multiple use cases.

Sandbox demos

Sandbox demos give viewers the freedom to explore a realistic, HTML-based version of a product without relying on staging or production environments. Users can click, scroll, and navigate freely, making sandbox demos well-suited for deeper product exploration, technical evaluations, and onboarding scenarios.

Screen recording

Screen recording lets teams capture screen and webcam video directly from the Supademo Chrome extension. Recordings can be shared as standalone videos, converted into interactive demos, or used as intro steps inside existing Supademos, making it easy to support onboarding, sales follow-ups, and quick async explanations.

Demo Hubs

Demo Hubs let teams group multiple Supademos and Showcases into a searchable, contextual hub embedded directly inside their product, website, or documentation. Users can access demos on demand without interrupting their workflow, making Demo Hubs well suited for in-app onboarding, self-serve support, feature discovery, and enablement at scale.

Translation Hub

The Translation Hub lets teams localize a single Supademo into multiple languages, with AI-generated text and voiceovers managed from one place. Viewers can switch languages directly within the demo, allowing teams to support global audiences and regional rollouts without duplicating or maintaining separate demos.

AI voice cloning

AI voice cloning lets teams generate natural-sounding voiceovers using a cloned version of their own voice. A short voice sample creates a reusable voice model that can be shared across a workspace, helping teams maintain consistent narration and brand tone across demos without re-recording audio.

How are Supademo customers using interactive demos today?

One of the clearest signals in 2025 was how broadly interactive demos are integrated across organizations and stages of the customer journey.

Insights from the State of Interactive Demos 2026 show that 78% of teams use interactive demos for two or more use cases, spanning Sales, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Enablement, and Support. More mature teams often use demos across three to five stages of the customer lifecycle, from first touch to onboarding to expansion.

Across Supademo customers in 2025, we observed patterns such as:

  • Sales teams using interactive demos to qualify, educate, and accelerate pipeline
  • Marketing teams embedding demos across websites, landing pages, and campaigns to support self-serve discovery
  • Customer Success teams standardizing onboarding, feature adoption, and expansion workflows
  • Product and Enablement teams using demos internally to align teams and support launches

Several broader insights from the 2026 research stood out:

  • Teams that reuse demos across multiple stages of the customer journey report stronger alignment between Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams
  • Demos placed earlier in the journey contribute to better-informed conversations later in the sales and onboarding process
  • Centralized demo libraries improve consistency of messaging across regions and teams

Interactive demos increasingly function as shared infrastructure across the customer journey, supporting multiple teams through a single platform.

What makes high-performing demos work?

Looking across thousands of demos created and shared in 2025, clear patterns emerged. These patterns are summarized in what we internally refer to as the Hero Demo formula, based on the highest-performing interactive demos across views and completion.

Data from the State of Interactive Demos 2026 shows that high-performing demos typically follow a consistent structure:

  • Around 10–12 steps
  • Approximately 15–18 words per step
  • Linear, focused flows
  • Strong custom branding
  • Distribution across multiple channels

Demos built with these characteristics regularly achieve 80%+ completion rates at scale.

Teams that update demos on a weekly or monthly cadence and reuse them across three to four surfaces also see higher engagement compared to static demo libraries.

What did 2025 make clear?

2025 reinforced a few things we feel even more confident about. Interactive demos are no longer a single-purpose asset. The better teams use them across the entire customer journey, from first touch to onboarding to expansion.

Scale brings clarity. Patterns around demo structure, distribution, and reuse are now well understood, and high-performing teams apply them consistently.

Interactive demos also work best when they are treated as shared infrastructure rather than isolated content. The teams seeing the strongest results are the ones aligning Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product around a common demo foundation.

For teams looking to get the most out of interactive demos in 2026, the signals are clear:

  • invest early in reusable demos,
  • design them with multiple stages in mind,
  • and make them accessible across teams and surfaces.

The strongest outcomes come from consistency, iteration, and treating demos as a core part of how products are explained and experienced. These signals will continue to shape how we think about Supademo and the role interactive demos play inside modern software companies.

Who do we want to thank?

To every customer, partner, and early supporter, thank you. Again.

2025 marked a year of meaningful progress for Supademo, and the work continues in 2026 and the coming years.

If you are new to Supademo or have not tried it yet, now is a good time to explore what interactive demos can unlock for your organization.
