HubSpot integration: auto-sync viewer data

We're excited to release one of our most highly requested features: our HubSpot integration.

With this integration, you can automatically collect and sync viewer and engagement data from Supademo onto HubSpot, helping collect, identify and take action on your most engaged leads.

Here's a quick summary of how this works

1. Set up the HubSpot integration by heading to the integrations page on Supademo dashboard.

2. Set up viewer tracking by using the email lead capture feature within

Chapters.

3. Alternatively, track viewers by adding your recipient's email to a trackable share link. You can do this by appending

?v_email={{email} to the end of your share URL, where {{email}} is your intended viewer's email.

4. When the viewer adds their email using the lead form or interacts with a Supademo containing an email variable, their data is sent to HubSpot.

5. If the lead/account with this email already exists, an activity is logged in their HubSpot profile. If the lead doesn't exist, one is created by Supademo with their activity log added.

6. A detailed summary of the viewer's engagement, completion and sessions can be found on Supademo and is linked within their HubSpot lead profile.

  • Table sorting (i.e. sort Supademo by most engagement, viewer numbers, );
  • Relative comparisons by date periods (i.e. last 30 days vs. prior period);
  • View and export all leads captured through gated Supademos;

There are two common use cases for importing

In both cases, simply navigate to the Supademo you'd like to add, click the toolbar, and choose Add to Supademo. From there, simply select the Supademo you'd like to add the chosen Supademo steps to.

Tip: you can also select specific slides to copy/paste between Supademos.

Frequently Asked Questions about hubspot integration, unique viewer analytics, record voiceovers and more

Commonly asked questions about this topic.

How do you build executive buy-in for HubSpot integration?

Frame the business case around metrics executives care about β€” revenue impact, cost savings, or risk reduction. Start with a pilot that demonstrates measurable results within 30-60 days. Use interactive demos to present your results and roadmap to stakeholders β€” a clickable walkthrough is more compelling than a slide deck and easier to share asynchronously. Companies using interactive demos report an average 28% reduction in customer acquisition cost.

How is AI impacting HubSpot integration?

AI is automating routine decisions, surfacing insights from large datasets, and enabling personalization that wasn't feasible manually. For HubSpot integration, this means faster iteration cycles, better targeting, and reduced manual overhead. The key is applying AI to well-defined problems with clear success criteria β€” vague 'add AI' initiatives rarely deliver measurable value. DBmaestro achieved 80% faster demo delivery after adopting interactive demos.

How do you measure success with HubSpot integration?

Define 3-5 key metrics that directly tie to business outcomes β€” avoid vanity metrics that look good but don't drive decisions. Common approaches include time-to-value, adoption rates, cost savings, error reduction, and stakeholder satisfaction scores. Review metrics monthly and use trend data rather than individual data points to evaluate progress. 81% of teams rate onboarding impact from Supademo as high or very high. Supademo is rated #1 for easiest setup and fastest implementation on G2.

What are proven strategies for HubSpot integration?

Start with a clear baseline measurement so you can track improvement. Focus on high-impact, low-effort wins first to build momentum and demonstrate value to stakeholders. Build feedback loops into your process β€” the best strategies evolve based on real-world results, not theoretical frameworks. Top-performing demos typically have 10-12 steps with 15-18 word hotspots and achieve 80%+ completion rates.

What are the latest trends in HubSpot integration?

AI-assisted automation, real-time analytics, and personalization at scale are reshaping HubSpot integration in 2026. Organizations are moving from manual, one-size-fits-all approaches to adaptive systems that adjust based on user behavior and outcomes. Tools like Supademo reflect this shift β€” enabling teams to create personalized, interactive content without engineering resources. 96.8% of top-performing demos use custom branding to maintain brand consistency.

How do I troubleshoot common errors when connecting HubSpot to my video platform?

The most common challenges are stakeholder alignment, tool fragmentation, and inconsistent execution across teams. Address alignment by documenting shared goals and success metrics. Reduce tool fragmentation by standardizing on platforms that integrate well together. Improve execution consistency through clear playbooks, templates, and regular calibration sessions. beehiiv saw 50% better conversion rates after implementing interactive product demos.

What tools and platforms support HubSpot integration?

The right tool depends on your team size, technical maturity, and integration requirements. Look for platforms that solve your specific bottleneck rather than all-in-one solutions that do everything adequately but nothing exceptionally. Interactive demo platforms can help standardize training and documentation across teams, reducing onboarding time and support burden. For example, VRIFY reduced enablement content production time by 75% using Supademo.
