Discover Which Demos Your Buyers Want Next

Analyze unanswered questions from your AI demo agent to identify the demos and resources your audience needs most.

SupademoClaude

Before you start

  • An AI demo agent on your website, which records the knowledge gaps this workflow reads
  • The Supademo connector connected in Claude (or ChatGPT)

How it works

Connect the Supademo connector in Claude and paste the first prompt to pull your agent's knowledge gaps from the last 30 days. Claude groups questions that mean the same thing and shows how often buyers asked and whether something already covers each one. The second prompt sorts the uncovered gaps into "Answer it" for facts like pricing or integrations, and "Show it" for things buyers need to see, ranked by how often they asked. The third prompt adds the written answers and any matching existing demos to the agent's draft. You test the agent in the draft preview, and nothing goes live until you publish.

Run it

3 steps. The video stays beside them as you scroll.

Chapters

  1. 1Step 1 of 3

Pull and Group the Knowledge Gaps

Paste this prompt with your agent and workspace names:

    Prompt
Look at the active knowledge gaps for our Supademo AI Demo Agent ("[Your agent name]" in the [Your workspace name] workspace) from the last 30 days. Group questions that mean the same thing. For each group, check whether an existing demo or knowledge source in our workspace already covers it. Show me a table with each group, how often buyers asked, Supademo's recommendation for it, and whether it's already covered.

Claude returns a table of grouped questions, how often buyers asked each one, and whether your workspace already covers it.

  2. 2Step 2 of 3

Sort Into "Answer It" and "Show It"

    Prompt
Sort the uncovered gaps into two lists.

    1. "Answer it": questions where the buyer needs to know a fact, like pricing, plans, integrations, or security. Draft a short answer for each using only our existing docs and website.
    2. "Show it": questions where the buyer needs to see something, like how a feature works or what a workflow looks like. Don't write an answer. Instead, describe the demo we should record and rank this list by how often buyers asked.

Use Supademo's recommendation for each gap as a guide. Show me both lists before adding anything.

Read both lists before you go further. This is the moment to move a question from one list to the other or drop it.

  3. 3Step 3 of 3

Add the Answers and Demos to the Agent's Draft

When the lists look right, send:

    Prompt
Looks good. Add the "Answer it" answers to the agent's draft as text knowledge. Can you also add the demos that we currently have that would be a good fit to include in the demo agent? Don't publish yet; I'll test it in the draft preview first.

Claude adds the written answers and any matching existing demos to the agent's draft. Open the draft preview and ask the agent one of the questions it couldn't answer before.

What You Get

  • A grouped table of what buyers asked and what's already covered
  • Short written answers, drafted only from your docs and website, added to the agent's draft
  • A ranked list of demos to record, based on how often buyers asked
  • An updated agent draft to test before anything goes live

Tips

  • Ask Claude to draft answers only from your existing docs and website
  • Use Supademo's recommendation for each gap as a guide when sorting the lists
  • Ask Claude to show you both lists before it adds anything to the agent
  • Record the top items on the "Show it" list first, since they're ranked by how often buyers asked

Watch out for

  • Publishing straight away. Add the changes to the draft and test them in the preview first
  • Writing an answer for a question buyers need to see. Put those on the "Show it" list as demos to record

If you don't have an AI demo agent yet, set one up first. If you do, run these prompts on the last month of gaps and test the updated agent in the draft preview before you publish.
