Create and Improve Demos Faster With AI
Discover six ways to use AI Command to create, update, translate, and optimize demos with less manual work.
Before you start
You need a demo before you can command anything, and creating one takes a couple of minutes:
- Sign up and install the free Chrome extension
- Turn the extension on and click through any product or workflow
- Supademo captures every click as you navigate
When you finish, Supademo turns the capture into a step-by-step guided demo with AI-generated text. From there, everything below applies.
How it works
AI Command is your demo copilot. Instead of clicking through the editor to create, edit, and personalize demos by hand, you describe what you want in plain text and Command does the work. It understands the context of the demo you're working on and can execute over 80 different actions. This walkthrough covers six of them, from translating a demo and generating voiceovers to restyling hotspots, building showcases, and answering questions about your analytics.

What AI Command Does
AI Command is a demo copilot that can take action across your demos and your workspace. Rather than manually clicking through the editor to create, edit, and personalize demos, you describe what you want in plain text and Command executes it for you.
It understands the context of the demos you are working on and can carry out more than 80 different actions. The pattern is the same every time: describe the outcome you want, Command reads the demo context and proposes the changes, you review the proposal, and it runs the full workflow.
- 1Step 1 of 6
Translate a Demo and Add AI Voiceovers
Say you want to reuse one demo for customers in your French, Korean, and Spanish markets. Normally you would set up each translation and each voiceover through the UI, one at a time. For three languages across a handful of steps, that is dozens of individual edits.
The prompt: "Translate this entire demo into Spanish, French, and Korean. Next, generate AI voiceovers using Joe's Cloned Voice 2. Don't add a voiceover on chapter steps."
Command reads the demo it is working in, proposes the changes, and then runs the whole workflow: it generates all three translations, fetches the translated step audio text for each language, generates voiceovers in your chosen cloned voice, and skips the chapter steps exactly as instructed.
- 2Step 2 of 6
Restyle Hotspots and Rewrite the Copy
Before you share a demo externally, the hotspots might not match your brand and the copy might read as too verbose. Both problems normally require opening every step and editing hotspots and text one at a time.
The prompt: "Make all hotspots in this demo use the pilled rounded corners and rewrite the hotspot text to be shorter, clearer, and more concise without being too short. Next, make the background color of the hotspot #c2193b and the next/back label backgrounds to be #72051b."
Command applies all of it across the entire demo in one pass: the pilled hotspot style, the rewritten text, and both hex colors. The same command can run against multiple demos at once, or against every demo in a folder, and it keeps running while you work on something else. That makes it a practical way to bring a whole demo library back on-brand after a rebrand.
- 3Step 3 of 6
Build a Showcase from a Few Links
Command creates things beyond individual demos. When you have several demos to send a prospect or customer as one organized experience, paste in the links and describe the structure you want.
The prompt: "Create a showcase collection using these demos, titled 'Mobile demos'. Add two sections: 'Uber & Turo example', 'Kindred example'. Put the relevant demos into each section:" followed by the demo links.
Command builds the showcase, organizes the content into the sections you named, places each demo where it belongs, and saves it. Instead of manually creating a page and arranging every demo, you describe the structure and Command creates it.
- 4Step 4 of 6
Find Your Most Popular Demo
Command also understands your workspace analytics. Ask "What was our most viewed demo over the last 30 days?" and it looks across your workspace and gives you the answer, without you filtering through analytics reports.
- 5Step 5 of 6
Find Where Viewers Are Dropping Off
You can take the same idea a step further and analyze one specific demo. Ask "Where are people dropping off in this demo?" and Command looks at the engagement data and points out the specific steps where viewers are leaving.
That tells you which parts of a demo are not holding attention, so you can shorten steps that run long, clarify steps where the point is not obvious, and remove steps that do not move the story forward.
- 6Step 6 of 6
Ask How Supademo Features Work
Command is not only for taking action. If you have heard about a feature but are not sure when to reach for it, ask something like "How does AI Data Editing work, and when should I use it?" Command explains the feature directly in context, so you do not need to leave Supademo and search through documentation.
Tips
- Describe the outcome you want, not the clicks it would take to get there
- Name specifics: exact languages, hex codes, voice names, and what to leave alone
- Batch related work into one prompt instead of running it piece by piece
- Apply a command to several demos at once, or to every demo in a folder, and keep working while it finishes
Watch out for
- Approving proposed changes without reading them first
- Asking only for "shorter" copy and ending up with text too terse to be useful
Across all six examples, the same natural-language prompts let you:
- Edit and personalize demos
- Translate content into any market you sell into
- Generate voiceovers, including with a cloned voice
- Create showcases and organize collections
- Analyze performance and find drop-off
- Get help using Supademo itself
The goal is to remove as much repetitive manual work as possible, so you can demonstrate your product well and spend your time on the parts that actually need you.
