Find and Refresh Outdated Demos Faster
Use AI Command to identify stale demos and prioritize which ones to update, review, or archive.
Before you start
Open AI Command from the menu in your Supademo workspace. If you'd rather work in Claude or ChatGPT, connect the Supademo MCP connector and use the same prompts there.
How it works
Open AI Command from the menu in your Supademo workspace and paste the review prompt. It looks at each demo's last update, traffic and performance, and sorts them into four groups with a reason for each. Open a few of the demos it flagged as highest priority and check them yourself. Then ask AI Command to tag the ones you confirm as "Needs update". It shows you the change first, so you review and approve it before anything is applied.
Run it
3 steps. The video stays beside them as you scroll.

Review Your Demos
Paste this prompt:
Prompt Review every demo in our workspace. For each one, look at when it was last updated, how much traffic it gets, and how it's performing. Sort them into Refresh now, Refresh soon, Leave alone, and Consider archiving, with a one-line reason for each.
AI Command returns the four groups with a reason for each demo. On a large library it may ask you to narrow the scope first. In the video, we picked demos updated in the last 90 days.

Spot-Check the Flagged Demos
Open a few of the demos in the Refresh now group and click through them yourself. Keep a list of the ones you agree need an update.
- 3Step 3 of 3
Tag the Ones You Confirmed
Send:
Prompt Add the tag "Needs update" to these demos: [list of the demos you confirmed]. Keep their existing tags, and don't change anything else.
AI Command shows you the change before applying it. Review it and approve.
What You Get
- A prioritized refresh queue instead of a whole library to dig through
- A one-line reason for every demo in it
- A "Needs update" tag on the demos you confirmed, with their existing tags kept
Tips
- Ask for a one-line reason for each demo so you can judge every pick quickly
- When you add the tag, tell it to keep existing tags and change nothing else
- Spot-check the Refresh now group before you tag anything
- Use the Needs update tag so your team can filter for the demos to fix
Watch out for
- On a large library, AI Command may ask you to narrow the scope first, such as demos updated in the last 90 days
- Tagging demos straight from the list without opening the flagged ones yourself
Try it on your own demo library this week. Your team gets a short list of demos to fix first and can share everything else with more confidence.
