Recover High-Intent Leads Who Didn't Book a Demo
Identify engaged visitors who didn't schedule a meeting and draft personalized follow-ups to re-engage them.
Before you start
You need a Supademo AI demo agent on your site. It answers visitors' questions, shows them demos, and rates how qualified they are after each conversation.
In Claude, connect three connectors:
- Supademo, so Claude can read the agent's conversations and ratings
- Cal.com, so Claude can check who booked a call
- Gmail, so Claude can draft the emails
How it works
Start with a Supademo AI demo agent on your site that rates each conversation it has. One prompt has Claude pull last week's Qualified conversations, compare them with your Cal.com bookings, and show a table of the visitors who didn't book. You spot-check a few against the actual conversations and narrow the list to the people worth following up with. A second prompt drafts a follow-up email for each one in Gmail, based on what they asked, and sends nothing.
Run it

Find Who Didn't Book
Paste this prompt, with your agent's name and workspace filled in:
Prompt Using our Supademo AI Demo Agent ("[your agent's name]" in the [your workspace] workspace), find every conversation from the last 7 days rated Qualified. Then check our Cal.com bookings over the same period and remove anyone whose email has a booking. For each qualified visitor who didn't book, summarize: what they were trying to solve, what they asked about, which demos they watched, and what seemed to stop them from booking, based on the conversation. Show it as a table.Claude returns a table of the qualified visitors who didn't book. Spot-check a few rows against the actual conversations in Supademo, and narrow the list to the people you want to follow up with.

Draft the Follow-Ups
When the list looks right, send:
Prompt For each person on that list, draft a short follow-up email in Gmail that references what they asked about and offers the most useful next step: a call, or a demo that answers their open question. Don't send anything.
Claude saves a draft in Gmail for each person. Nothing is sent until you review it.

Run It Every Weekday (Optional)
To make this a daily check, create a routine in Claude Cowork with:
Prompt Every weekday at 9am, run this for the previous day and save the follow-up drafts in Gmail. Skip anyone who already has a draft or a booking.
Run the routine once and check the drafts it saves before you rely on it.
What You Get
- A list of qualified visitors who didn't book, with what they wanted and what seemed to stop them
- A follow-up draft for each one that references what they asked about
- Nothing sent until you've reviewed it
Tips
- Spot-check a few rows against the actual agent conversations before you draft anything
- Ask what seemed to stop each visitor from booking, so the follow-up can address it
- Connect the Supademo, Cal.com and Gmail connectors in Claude before you start
- Narrow the list to the most qualified visitors before you ask for drafts
Watch out for
- Running the drafting prompt on a test run: the drafts are addressed to real visitors, so delete any you don't plan to send
- Sending the Gmail drafts without reading each one first
Try it on last week's agent conversations. Instead of losing interested buyers, each one gets a follow-up that picks up where their conversation left off.
