Organize Your Supademo Workspace in One Prompt

Use AI Command to clean up folders, organize demos, and keep your workspace manageable without manual sorting.

SupademoInside Supademo

Before you start

You need a Supademo workspace with demos to sort. AI Command opens from the bottom right of the workspace. If you'd rather work in Claude or ChatGPT, connect the Supademo connector there and use the same prompts.

How it works

Open AI Command from the bottom right of your Supademo workspace and paste the cleanup prompt with the folder names you have in mind. AI Command reads your demos, opens a sample to check what's inside, and replies with a proposed folder structure, clearer titles, and a separate list of possible duplicates. If it suggests a better structure than yours, you can go with it. When you approve, it creates the missing folders and moves the demos. Refresh your workspace and the demos are sitting in their new folders.

Run it

2 steps. The video stays beside them as you scroll.

Chapters

  1. 1Step 1 of 2

    Ask for a Folder Proposal

Open AI Command and paste this prompt, swapping in the folder names you want:

    Prompt
Inspect all demos in this workspace. Propose [Sales, Onboarding, and Customer Support] folders, clearer titles, and which demos should move where, based on each demo's actual content. Flag possible duplicates separately for me to review. Don't delete or archive anything.

AI Command reads your demos, opens a sample to see what each one covers, and proposes folders, clearer titles, and which demos should move where. Possible duplicates come back in a separate list. On a large library it may ask you to narrow the scope first. In the video we picked the 100 most recently updated demos.

Read the proposal. If it suggests a better structure than yours, you can go with it.

  2. 2Step 2 of 2

    Approve the Moves

When the proposal looks right, send:

    Prompt
I agree with your proposal. Move the demos into their respective folders, and create new folders where needed. Let's go ahead and do that.

AI Command creates the missing folders, moves the demos, and summarizes what it changed. Refresh your workspace to see the new folders.

What You Get

  • Demos grouped into folders based on what each one actually covers
  • A separate list of possible duplicates to review, with nothing deleted or archived
  • A summary of what moved where. In the video, 60 of the 100 demos it reviewed were filed.

Tips

  • Put your own folder names in the prompt, then read the proposal before agreeing, since it may suggest a structure that fits your library better
  • Ask it to flag possible duplicates separately so you decide what happens to them
  • Start with one messy part of your workspace before running it across everything
  • If you work in Claude or ChatGPT, connect the Supademo connector and paste the same prompts

Watch out for

  • On a large library it may ask you to narrow the scope first. In the video it reviewed the 100 most recently updated demos, not the whole workspace
  • Expecting duplicates to disappear. The prompt tells it not to delete or archive anything, so you review and handle them yourself

Try it on one messy part of your workspace first. Once demos sit in folders that match what they cover, the next person can find the right one without asking who made it.
