Tailor Every Demo to Your Buyer in Seconds

Use variables to personalize demos with prospect and company details, without creating a new demo for each buyer.

SupademoInside Supademo

Before you start

Build one master demo in Supademo that you want to send to every prospect, and have your prospect list ready with each person's name, company, and email. AI Command runs inside the Supademo editor. If you work in Claude or ChatGPT, you can do the same with the Supademo MCP connector.

How it works

Open your master demo in the Supademo editor and launch AI Command. The first prompt asks it to suggest where name and company variables fit, with fallbacks so the demo still reads well without a value. Once you approve, it applies the variables, and you click through the steps to check them before you publish. Then you paste your prospect list, and AI Command creates a trackable link for each prospect. It returns a table pairing every prospect with their link, ready to drop into your outbound emails.

Run it

Chapters

  1. 1Step 1 of 2

    Add Name and Company Variables

Open your master demo in Supademo, launch AI Command, and paste:

    Prompt
Suggest where adding {{name | there}} and {{company | your team}} variables would make this demo feel personalized, such as the title, opening chapter, and hotspots where they read naturally. Use the fallbacks so the demo still reads well without a value, and don't add variables to voiceovers. Show me your suggestions before making any changes.

AI Command suggests where the variables fit, such as the demo title, the opening chapter, hotspot text, and the conclusion. Approve the suggestions, then click through the steps to check how they read. When you're happy with it, publish the demo.

  2. 2Step 2 of 2

Create a Link for Each Prospect

Back in AI Command, paste this prompt:

    Prompt
Create a trackable link for each of these prospects, using their name, company, and email to fill the demo's variables. Return a table pairing every prospect with their link.

Underneath it, add your prospects, one per line, in this format:

    Prompt
    [Name], [Company], [email]

Approve the actions, and AI Command returns a table pairing every prospect with their trackable link.

What Every Prospect Sees

  • A demo addressed to them by name and company
  • Their own trackable link, so you can see who opened their demo
  • One master demo behind every link, so your team only maintains one demo

Tips

  • Use fallbacks like {{name | there}} so the demo still reads naturally when a value is missing
  • Ask AI Command to show its suggestions before making any changes, so you approve each placement
  • Click through the personalized steps before you publish the demo
  • Try it with your next outbound list and put each link in that prospect's email

Watch out for

  • Adding variables to voiceovers. The prompt tells AI Command to leave them out
  • Creating links before the variables are in place. Run the first prompt and approve it before you paste the prospect list

Try this with your next outbound list. Every prospect gets a demo that speaks to them, and you still only maintain one.
