Before you start

In Claude, connect three connectors:

  • Fathom, so Claude can read the recorded call
  • Supademo, so Claude can search your demos and build a showcase (look for Supademo in the connectors library)
  • Gmail, so Claude can draft the email

How it works

Start with a sales call recorded in Fathom (or any call recorder). One prompt has Claude read the call, list what the prospect cared about, and recommend the closest demo for each topic, with a reason. A second prompt packages those demos into a showcase and drafts the follow-up email in Gmail. You check the recommendations between the two steps, then review the draft before you send it.

Run it

2 steps. The video stays beside them as you scroll.

Chapters

  1. 1Step 1 of 2

    Find the Right Demos

Paste this prompt and add the link to your Fathom call:

    Prompt
Read my recent Fathom call [Fathom call link]. List the two or three things the prospect cared about most, in their words. Then look through our Supademo demos and recommend the closest match for each. If one demo covers everything, use it. If it takes two or three, suggest a showcase. If nothing fits a topic, tell me instead of forcing a match.

Claude lists the topics, recommends a demo for each, and explains why each one fits. Read through them before you go further. This is the moment to swap a demo or drop a topic.

  2. 2Step 2 of 2

Build the Showcase and Draft the Email

When the recommendations look right, send:

    Prompt
Let's go with that. Make a showcase with these demos, then draft an email in my Gmail that I can send to [prospect's first name] after reviewing it.

Claude creates a Supademo showcase with the recommended demos and leaves a draft in Gmail that ties each demo back to what the prospect said. It may also flag a few things to check before you send. Review those first.

What the Prospect Gets

  • One showcase link instead of a list of separate demos
  • A section for each thing they raised on the call
  • An email that connects every demo to what they said

Tips

  • Ask for the prospect's concerns in their own words, so the email can quote them back
  • Tell Claude to say when no demo fits a topic instead of forcing a match
  • Run it right after the call, while you can still judge whether the recommended demos are the right ones
  • Connect the Fathom, Supademo and Gmail connectors in Claude before you start

Watch out for

  • Sending the Gmail draft without reading it, including anything Claude flags to check first
  • Pasting several demo links into one email when a single showcase link does the job

Try it after your next sales call. Rather than reaching for the same overview demo, you send the demos that answer what this prospect asked about, and you stay in control of what gets sent.
