Your Team's Control Center

The Supademo workspace is your team's control center.

This is where all Supademos, showcases, videos, and demo hubs live. It's also where analytics are tracked, global branding and customization are configured, integrations are managed, and for teams on Enterprise plans, where higher-level admin controls live.

The workspace is designed to give teams flexibility in how demos are created, organized, and shared, while still keeping everything centralized and easy to manage as libraries grow.

Content Organization

Inside the workspace, content is organized into three main sections.

The Personal section is where new Supademos are saved by default. Think of this as your draft space. Demos can be created, edited, and refined here before they're ready to be shared more broadly. You can also choose to send demos to a different folder or section by default when you start recording with the Chrome extension.

The Shared with Team section is where finalized demos should live. As a best practice, this is where demos that are embedded on websites, shared externally, or reused across teams belong. Keeping polished, approved demos here makes it easier for everyone to know which demos are ready to use.

The Archived section contains demos that are no longer needed. Archived demos remain available for seven days before being permanently deleted. After that, they can't be recovered.

This structure is a recommended best practice. It helps teams clearly separate work-in-progress demos from demos that are ready to be reused.

Key Utilities

Across the workspace, a few key utilities are always available.

The notification center surfaces activity like comments left on demos. Account settings give you access to your personal profile and preferences. And the global search bar makes it easy to find demos by title or subtitle. As you type, results appear instantly, which is often faster than browsing folders.

Viewing and Organizing Content

Within the Supademos section, there are several ways to view and organize content.

You can use filters to narrow down what you're looking at — for example, filtering by creator, visibility, or demo type. Demos can also be sorted by recently updated, recently created, or alphabetically.

In the top-right corner, you can switch between tile view and list view. That preference is saved per user, so everyone can view the workspace in the way that works best for them.

Folders and Subfolders

Folders and subfolders add another layer of organization.

Folders can be created in both the Supademos and showcases sections and are used to group demos in a way that reflects how they're created, shared, and reused.

Many teams organize folders by department or audience, with subfolders for features or messaging. Others organize by persona, role, industry, or product area. There's no single right structure — the best setup is the one that matches how your demos are actually used across your team.

Creating folders is simple. Click the add folder icon, name the folder, and save it. Subfolders work the same way and appear nested inside their parent folders.

Bulk Actions

To make managing demos easier at scale, the workspace also supports bulk actions.

Multiple demos can be selected and dragged directly into folders. They can also be moved using the toolbar's move option, which lets you choose a destination folder or workspace. And multiple demos can be selected and merged into a new showcase in a single step.

Enterprise: Multiple Workspaces

For teams on Enterprise plans, there's one additional layer to understand: multiple workspaces.

Workspaces are often used to separate demos by department, function, or region. Each workspace still uses folders and subfolders internally, but workspaces provide a higher-level separation when teams need it.
