April was one of our biggest months yet. We shipped six major features designed to help go-to-market teams deliver more personalized, flexible, and data-driven demo experiences.

Track Analytics by Specific Viewers and Accounts

You can now track demo analytics by both individual viewers and company accounts across Supademo.

Previously, analytics were centered around individual demos: you could see who viewed a specific demo, how far they got, what they clicked on, and where they dropped off. Now, you can zoom out and understand the full engagement journey across your entire content library.

At the viewer level, you can see every demo a specific person has engaged with historically. At the account level, you can see aggregated engagement across an entire company, including all unique viewers associated with that account.

This is especially valuable for multi-stakeholder deals. For example, if your champion interacts with five product demos, a technical evaluator views a sandbox, and someone from leadership opens an ROI-focused demo, Supademo now bundles that engagement together at the account level.

The result: better context on buyer intent, easier multi-threading across stakeholders, and a clearer view of how interest is spreading within an account.


Offline Demos for Field Readiness

You can now download Supademos for use in environments where internet access is limited, unreliable, or completely unavailable. This works across videos, HTML demos, sandboxes, and more.

The primary use case is field readiness. Whether your team is presenting at a conference, hosting a booth, running an onsite sales meeting, or leading a workshop, you no longer need to depend on venue Wi-Fi or a guest network to deliver a polished demo.

For example, a sales rep can walk into an enterprise conference with a demo pre-downloaded and still deliver the full interactive experience, even if the internet cuts out mid-presentation.
