New in August 2026: AI Demo Agents Free to Try, Invite Links & Video Folders

AI Demo Agents are now self-serve, and every Supademo workspace gets 1,500 credits included, roughly 70 sales or onboarding conversations, free. No sales call, no subscription. Build an Agent and try it on your own product.
That’s the biggest of the nine major customer-facing updates we shipped this month. We also rebuilt the Agent’s end-user experience, made the underlying Agent much better at real sales and onboarding conversations, and made creating an Agent more agentic. Outside of Agents: workspace invite links, full keyboard accessibility in the player, scoped AI edits with one-step Undo, folders in the video library, and voice cloning from an audio file you already have.
Here’s everything new in Supademo for August.
AI Demo Agents are now self-serve, with 1,500 free credits
Until now, getting hands-on with AI Demo Agents was fairly gated. That changes this month. Every workspace now includes 1,500 credits, which works out to roughly 70 conversations, and the credits never expire.
Credits are metered per conversation: one credit for each Agent reply, plus one credit per 15 seconds of voice audio. A typical 15-minute voice call uses about 20 credits, and text-only conversations cost less. If you need more, you can top up directly inside Supademo, or turn on auto-recharge, which tops up automatically when your balance falls below 500 credits, so a live conversation never stops because you ran out. Package pricing is on the pricing page and in credits and billing.

So whether you want an Agent to qualify and educate prospects before they ever talk to sales, or guide new customers through onboarding after they sign, you can now build one, run it through dozens of real conversations, and see how it handles your own product before you spend anything.
A rebuilt Agent experience for end users
We also rebuilt the visitor side of the experience, the part a prospect or customer sees when they open your Agent.
- Push-to-talk voice. The Agent responds when you mean it to, instead of jumping in on background noise or a half-finished thought.
- Expanded and collapsed sidebar views. Keep the conversation open next to the demo, or tuck it away while the visitor explores.
- Fullscreen mode. Give the demo the whole screen when the product needs the room.
- Persistent CTAs. Your call to action stays in view for the whole conversation.
- Standalone Agent links. Share an Agent directly with a prospect or customer, no embed required.
Try it out below:
A rebuilt knowledge and conversation engine
The part I’m most excited about is what’s happening underneath all of this. We rebuilt a large part of the Agent’s knowledge and conversation engine, so it feels much less like a support chatbot and much more like a good AE or onboarding specialist.

The Agent answers the question you actually asked first. Then, instead of running through a rigid qualification script, it asks discovery questions that fit the conversation. It remembers what you’ve already covered, avoids repeating questions, and knows when to move things toward the goal you’ve set.
For a sales use case, that might mean working out what a prospect cares about, showing them the relevant part of the product, and then surfacing the next step. For onboarding, it might mean helping a customer complete one specific workflow without sitting through a generic 20-minute walkthrough.

When somebody is ready to take that next step, your primary CTA can appear directly inside the experience, whether that’s a Calendly or Cal.com booking link or a HubSpot form.
It builds on the suggested topics and qualification definitions from July. Those tell the Agent where a conversation should end up. The new engine is better at getting it there.
Describe the Agent you want, and Supademo AI sets it up
Creating an Agent is becoming more agentic too. Instead of working through a long list of settings and figuring out exactly how everything should be configured, you can tell Supademo AI what kind of Agent you’re trying to build. Give it some context on your use case, audience, and goals, and it configures the right starting point for you.

This is where we want to take a lot more of Supademo. You describe the outcome you want, and the product does more of the setup work.
Workspace invite links
Instead of inviting 20 or 50 people one by one, you can now create a single invite link, choose the role anyone joining through it should get, and share it internally in Slack or wherever your team already is. If you ever need to revoke it, reset the link and the old one stops working immediately.
Keyboard accessibility across the Supademo player
Interactive demos are now much easier to navigate with a keyboard or assistive technology. Screen readers do a better job announcing hotspot instructions, form labels, and errors, and there’s a clear focus state in your brand color, so keyboard users always know where they are.
If a buyer or your own procurement team asks about accessibility, our accessibility page has the details, including the VPAT.
Scoped AI edits and one-step Undo in HTML demos
AI editing inside HTML demos is much more precise. You can now scope an AI edit to exactly the steps you choose instead of applying the change across the entire demo, so you can change the copy in three steps and leave the other forty untouched. And if you don’t like the result, one Undo reverses the whole AI operation.
Folders in the video library

We finally brought folders to the video library. Videos now work much more like demos and Showcases, with nested folders, Shared and Personal spaces, and bulk drag-and-drop, so a large library of recordings is as easy to keep organized as your demos.
Clone a voice from an audio file you already have

If you use AI voiceovers, you can now clone a voice from an audio file you already have, rather than recording something specifically inside Supademo. Upload the file in the cloning modal, preview the result, and save it. A cloned voice can stay personal or be shared with your whole workspace, so every demo sounds like the same person.

A few more updates that didn’t get their own section:
- Showcase analytics now cover the entire Showcase. Videos, PDFs, and links report opens alongside demo views, per session.
- Lead capture got smarter. You can require valid phone numbers and add country codes, and if one HubSpot field fails validation, we no longer throw away the entire lead.
- Large workspaces load faster. We cut multiple seconds from loading demos, folders, and tags in some of our largest accounts.
- Analytics are consistent everywhere. Numbers now match across individual demos, Showcases, the dashboard, and MCP.
- Quality-of-life fixes: better mobile hotspot defaults, easier voiceover editing, controls for automatic intro chapters, improved alt text, better stale-version warnings, and faster, more reliable high-resolution HTML video exports.
Everything you just read is live in your workspace today.
The biggest takeaway for me is that Demo Agents are starting to look a lot more like the product we originally imagined: something you can spin up in minutes and put in front of prospects or customers to guide them through your product, 24/7. And now you don’t have to take our word for it. Go build one and try it for free.
We still have a lot we want to improve here, so keep the feedback coming. If there’s something you’d like us to build or improve next, add it to the feedback board.
